氫氣潛水研究
氫氣在潛水領域的長期使用,早已充分證明了氫氣對於人體的安全性。富氫水的無毒無害性是毋庸置疑的。當然,在各種氫氣人體研究中,還是不乏一些“個例”。
截止2019年3月,共有1676人參與到氫氣的臨床試驗中,有4名參與者說自己出現了腹瀉的情況,這個概率為0.2%。這幾名試驗者都在同一次實驗中出現腹瀉情況,所以很難判斷這是富氫水的潛在副作用或是因本次實驗不規範而引起的腹瀉情況。
值得注意的是,頭痛可能是少部分人(概率大概為萬分之一)第一次飲用富氫水後的狀況,但隨著飲用次數增加,這種狀況消除了。有理由相信,這與富氫水能夠提高人的注意力分不開(點擊藍字觀看文章:富氫水的提神作用)
